...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EDT THIS
MORNING...

The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  areas, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Schuylkill.

* Until 11 AM EDT this morning

* A slow moving upper level low over the Tennessee Valley will
maintain a deep southerly flow of moist, tropical air across
portions of the Lower Susquehanna Valley and Western Poconos
this morning. Numerous showers will stream north across this
part of the state, and occasionally training of these showers
over the same areas will lead to the potential of flash flooding
from locally over one inch of rain in just a 30 to 45 minute
  period.

* Flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas is likely, as
well as along some of the regional streams and creeks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means there is a potential for Flash Flooding
based on current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Review flood safety and preparedness information at
weather.gov/safety/flood.
